Vegan Buffalo Chicken Dip

At long last, I am finally sharing this EASY recipe! I have made this for at least five years, for every party and it is always the most requested recipe from friends. I rattle off the (very few) ingredients but only here and now am I putting it all in writing. Here you go!

** You can, obviously, use REAL chicken, but as a pescatarian, I use Quorn vegan chicken pieces**

1 (18 oz) package “chicken” pieces or strips

2 (8 oz) packs cream cheese, softened (*Again, I use vegan cream cheese, but you can also use plain greek yogurt. Both/either save calories and fat)

1 pack of dry ranch seasoning

1 (12 oz) bottle buffalo wing sauce (I use Garlic flavor)

Dump everything in a crock pot and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4. It’s THAT easy!
