4 fillets of Mahi
1 Tbsp turmeric
1 Tbsp finely chopped chives
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 C olive oil
pink Himalayan Salt
Preheat oven to 375. Place fish on baking sheet
In a small bowl, mix turmeric, chives, paprika, lemon zest and oil until well combined. Save half the marinade and coat fillets with other half.
Cook for about 15 mins or until your preference. Pour remaining marinade over fillets and serve
