This salsa type dip is amazing and the recipe makes a TON!
1 can black eyed peas, drained
1 can black beans, drained
3 cans of regular Rotel – do not drain **Note: If you use 3 cans, this will be VERY spicy. For a milder salsa, use only 1 can of Rotel
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
1/2 an onion, finely chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 small bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing (I use a pack of dry italian seasoning, instead)
Mix ingredients together and refrigerate overnight, serve with Tortilla chips
