1 tablespoon lime juice
¼ cup parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Slice the Avocado in 1/2 and remove pit. Top with lime juice, salt and pepper. Where pit previously was, put 1/4 cheese on each half. Bake/Grill for about 2 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and grill/bake for 2 minutes or until completely melted.
(A Variation would be to add hot sauce before cooking, for some “spice”, which I love!)
