1 C semi sweet chocolate chips
1 C butter (I use vegan butter)
1 C Sugar (I use Coconut Sugar)
1 tsp vanilla
1.5 C almond meal or ground almonds ( I use Oat flour)
1 C walnuts (Optional)
Preheat oven to 325, melt butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring until glossy and smooth. Remove from heat, mix in vanilla, sugar, and let it cool. Stir in eggs into pan with butter then add almond meal and chopped walnuts and stir again. Batter will be a little grainy due to the almond but don’t stress. Pour batter into an 8×8 pan, (lightly greased) and bake for 20-30 mins )depending on your stove) until brownies are still a little bit wiggly. Let cool completely then cut into 16 small squares.
