I originally discovered this delicious recipe from Living with Landyn and it has quickly become a favorite!
1 smashed banana
2 whole eggs
1 Tbsp almond butter
1/8 tsp vanilla
pinch of cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together with a fork or whisk
cook on griddle or skillet with 1 tsp coconut oil
watch carefully (they burn easily!)
serve with drizzled melted nut butter and fresh berries!
